Brilliant Service

My dad lost the drip tray from his ancient soda stream, I sent an email to the company asking if they did spares but, as the machine hadn't been made for a number of years I wasn't hopeful.But I had not reckoned on Kim Smith answering my email.Within two days my dad had received a replacement tray free gratis.Brilliant service, exceptionally nice support operative.Thank you once again Kim.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service - it was such pleasure speaking with Jordan - nothing too much trouble, my issue was resolved with ease and he genuinely made me feel like a valued customer - well done Jordan, keep doing what you are doing!!

Phoned to see if I could renew soda…

Phoned to see if I could renew soda stream plan and explained to Brian what had happened previously. He sorted the problem I had and helped me with renewal. Very pleasant man and very helpful. Got everything sorted quickly thanks to him.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service I returned my gas cylinders mid December, I have a service plan but I’m still waiting for replacement cylinders. I emailed before Christmas and twice in January, no one has responded. I appreciate things are difficult at the moment but a response would be most welcome.

Sodastream UK wrote to me in an accusatory email saying they had tried to take money from my account but had failed to do so. As a result they threatened to close my account! The account was for an annual plan running until April this year, so my loss their gain! Turns out their system hadn’t clocked that I had returned my empty canisters to them.I sent them the receipt and Brandon then advised me I had been sent the wrong email by them and that he would immediately restore my account.Well done Brandon but please up your game SodaStream. We are customers not thieves! Empathy beats aggression every time

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish. I signed up for the yearly plan to which they quickly took all the money for the year, I have only seen half of my bottle so far and i am struggling to get my next supply. No I'm having to go elsewhere to buy gas refills. DO NOT SIGN UP TO THE SUPSCRIPTION.

Rubbish customer service

Rubbish customer service. Emailed twice to return a product, no response. There phone lines aren’t responding. Wish I had nothing to do with them. Item delivered on the 15/12, contacted on the 18/12, waiting.... no way to contact them. Feel completely stuffed.
